Awards & Recognition

The Succulent Cellar is the only winery in San Diego County to achieve certified organic certification for their vineyard — a distinction that sets them apart from every other winery in the region. Winemaker Josh Mann planted first vines in 2017 with a philosophy of nourishing nature and practicing exemplary land stewardship. The winery opened its tasting room in August 2024 — a cozy, air-conditioned indoor space with an expansive patio surrounded by succulents. John Eppler, who worked at Robert Mondavi and Rosenblum Cellars in Napa, serves as winemaker consultant. Award-winning small-batch artisanal wines.
