  • Business Listings: Wineries, wine bars, and event organizers may submit or claim listings. We reserve the right to edit, approve, or remove listings at our discretion.
  • Reviews and Comments: User reviews must be genuine, respectful, and relevant. We may moderate or delete spam, abusive, or off-topic content.
  • Prohibited Content: Do not post illegal, defamatory, obscene, or promotional spam. Violators may lose account access.

3. Premium Listings and Payments

  • Premium features (featured listings, event promotion) are paid services via WooCommerce.
  • All sales are final. Refunds are at our discretion for technical issues only.
  • You authorize recurring billing for subscriptions until canceled.

4. Intellectual Property

  • Site content, logos, and design are owned by SipSanDiegoWine.com or licensors. Personal, non-commercial use is permitted; commercial use requires written permission.
  • Business logos and photos submitted for listings grant us a license to display them.

The San Diego Wine Map is a digital download product. Due to the
instant-access nature of digital files, all sales are final once
the file has been downloaded.

If you experience a technical issue preventing you from accessing
or downloading your purchase, contact us within 7 days at
hello@sipsandiegowine.com and we will resolve it promptly —
either by resending the file or issuing a full refund at our
discretion.

No refunds will be issued for change of mind after download.
We stand behind the quality of our product and are committed
to your satisfaction.
