Callaway Vineyard & Winery in Temecula is one of California's pioneering estate wineries, founded in 1969 as one of the first serious wine estates in Southern California and a founding member of the Temecula Valley wine scene. While technically just north of San Diego County, Callaway's influence on the broader regional wine culture and its proximity make it a natural addition to any San Diego wine itinerary.
