Rancho San Martin specializes in Italian and Spanish varietals carefully selected to match the Highland Valley terroir and climate. All wines are barrel-aged for 2.5+ years — longer than most Ramona Valley producers — resulting in exceptionally smooth, structured wines. As native San Diegans and self-taught vintners, the owners learned winemaking through collaboration with fellow Ramona Valley vintners and hands-on experience in their own vineyard.
